We usually reply within a few days.
When reporting a wrong answer
To speed up the check, it helps a lot if you include the following in your email:
- Which two clubs were selected?
- Which footballer did you type, and what did the game say (correct or wrong)?
- If you have one, a source link showing that the player played for that club.
Privacy requests
If you want your account or your data deleted, you can write to the same address. Players who have an account can also delete it themselves from the My account page in the game. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
